Here is a giraffe in progress. A friend asked me to do this for her son's birthday. His all-time favorite animal is a giraffe, so this was a pretty tall order (groan - can't believe I said that!). I needed to do soft colors so that he would blend with the decor of the room, yet not so much that he looked pastel and baby-ish.
